The NOMA Foundation exists to assist the National Organization of Minority Architects in the development and operation of charitable, historical and educational programs.


Established in 1976 in the city of Chicago, the NOMA Foundation's first board of directors consisted of Wendell Campbell, John Chase, Robert Coles, Leroy Campbell and Harold Williams.


All activities to raise funds that require Foundation participation shall first be approved by the NOMA Foundation Board.
